PCA Lawyers charge a fixed fee for conveyancing for matters involving Torrens Title.  Where additional work is required other legal fees may be incurred.  The costs displayed on this website should be taken as a guide only, as expenses may vary where additional searches/inquiries are required for your property or the costs of the required searches alter in which case we will pass these costs on to the client.

Conveyancing Fees for a Sale:

Fixed conveyancing fee of $850.00 plus GST and disbursements including cost of searches / certificates / inquiries ordered on behalf of client. A payment of $330 (incl GST) is payable upfront for the preparation of a Sales Contract, however this payment will be credited towards the fixed fee of $800.00 when the property transaction is completed on settlement.

Conveyancing Fees for a Purchase:

Fixed conveyancing fee of $950.00 plus GST and disbursements including cost of searches / certificates / inquiries ordered on behalf of client.  This amount is payable when the property transaction is completed on settlement.  Additional costs may be incurred where Pest/Building Inspections reports are obtained.
